Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SweetAtlas website and the purchase of any SweetAtlas subscription box (the "Service"), operated at mysweetatlas.com. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is offered to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You may create an account using an email and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contactus@mysweetatlas.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription plans and billing

SweetAtlas offers the following subscription plans. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout.

• Month-to-Month — billed $2.00 on the 1st of every month until you cancel.
• 3-Month Plan — billed $67.50 upfront, covering three monthly boxes (a 10% discount to the monthly rate). The plan does not auto-renew into another 3-month term unless you opt in; you will be notified before any renewal charge.
• 12-Month Plan — billed $240.00 upfront, covering twelve monthly boxes (a 20% discount to the monthly rate). The plan does not auto-renew into another 12-month term unless you opt in; you will be notified before any renewal charge.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SweetAtlas does not store your full card number. By subscribing, you authorize SweetAtlas to charge your chosen payment method on the applicable billing schedule until you cancel, pause, or the term you purchased ends. If a charge fails, we will attempt to notify you by email and may retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is resolved.

We will give advance notice by email before any change to the price of an active subscription.

5. Managing your subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade, pause (stop), or resume (renew) your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect as described at the time you make them; downgrades, pauses, and cancellations stop future billing but do not refund amounts already charged for boxes not yet shipped unless required by our Returns & Shipping Policy.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines, damaged-shipment remedies, and our no-return policy on opened food items are described in our Returns & Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it using automated means without our permission, reselling boxes for commercial purposes without authorization, or providing false account or payment information.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and the SweetAtlas name — is owned by SweetAtlas or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided "as is." SweetAtlas boxes may contain products manufactured outside the United States and may contain allergens including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, and eggs. Review packaging carefully before consuming any item. SweetAtlas is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues arising from products in your box.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetAtlas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SweetAtlas in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
